Responsibilities include:

  • Creating, executing, and evaluating campus recruiting strategy, especially around pipelining diverse candidates for early career talent programs.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to attract long term early talent for Schwab.
  • Advocate for early career talent, helping strategize and lead our on campus recruiting activities.
  • Partner with universities to create engaging recruiting/branding events.
  • Utilize outreach activities (through platforms like Handshake, Symplicity, etc.) to drive applications for early career talent programs.

*This is a hybrid schedule working out of the Lone Tree, CO service center location

What you have

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have:

Required Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree required, or equivalent work experience within recruitment.
  • 3+ years related experience, campus recruiting experience highly preferred.
  • Prior experience building external relationships and networking for leads.
  • Knowledge of US employment law and corporate recruitment practices.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 40% depending on time of year and need.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate Schwab's business and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of Handshake, Symplicity, iCims and Workday preferred
  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, customer service orientation, organizational and time management skills are required.
  • Experience interacting with diverse stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
  • Proactive, results-oriented style delivering outstanding quality and timelines, while working independently with little supervision.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high degree of attention to detail and ability to anticipate, improvise and adapt for optimal resolutions.
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as influencing skills.
  • Ability to build strong personal networks and adept at engaging passive candidates.
  • Ability to effectively market and sell Schwab as an employer of choice.
  • Ability to be resourceful, results oriented and solve problems.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
