This position will be part of the Schwab Contact Center Technology organization, supporting Platform Rep and Client solutions. You will have the responsibility to lead the daily operations and work efforts supporting a variety of programs and Scrum teams across the Retail line of business. Business Systems Analysts are responsible for understanding and translating the needs of the business with the use of technology. They ensure their deliverables are aligned with business need and requirements, provide advice, and work cross-functionally with the project team. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with Product Management and Software Delivery Managers to holistically lead software delivery teams to create robust solutions to enhance the Rep and Client experience.

You will exercise your expertise with enterprise IT operations practices, systems analysis and design best practices, and people leadership to deliver leading edge technologies, through a scaled Agile approach. You'll have the opportunity to see the work your teams deliver, used across the Retail branches at Charles Schwab.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and related work experience
  • 8-10 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
  • 5+ years of technology management/leadership experience, including resource management and budget ownership
  • 5+ years' experience running medium to large/complex IT projects with multiple internal / external dependencies
  • 3+ years' experience providing oversight and influence on multiple Agile teams
  • Demonstrated ability to define, drive and communicate strategy and vision and influence across the organization is essential
  • Ability to effectively inspire and influence teams and partners in delivering technology enabled business solutions that exceed business expectations
  • Ability to execute at scale in a dynamic environment, build strong relationships and promote collaboration, identify talent, recruit, hire, coach, mentor and build high performing technical teams; experience setting direction, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability
  • Ability to analyze, propose and implement timely, cost effective, quality solutions for all issues or problems within area of responsibility
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage their expectations through effective communication
  • Great verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Voice Contact Center Technology Environment
  • Experience with design and analysis on Salesforce platforms
  • Experience in Financial industry
  • Experience with a scaled agile framework such as SAFe
