As a Project Manager in the SAM Program Office you will part of a team responsible for the entire lifecycle of high priority Product initiatives. As part of this lifecycle, the SAM Program Office handles project execution from the discovery and research phases all the way through launch and does so with a "white glove" approach leveraging asset management expertise and excellent cross-functional skills to provide the best project management experience we can. In addition to traditional project management, the SAM Program Office and its team members facilitate the Product Development process to determine governance and our Material Non-Public Information standards to execute projects that require an Non-Disclosure Agreement to maintain our information barriers policies.

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1 year experience in leading or managing projects that require cross-functional collaboration and strong communication skills
  • Asset management or financial services experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong adaptability and professional instinct to react accordingly based on project & team structure as regular issues and questions arise
  • Strong working knowledge of collaboration tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, JIRA, and other platforms
  • Self-starter who can leverage training and online resources to solve technical problems and expand knowledge of available tools
  • Passion for business process and seeks to increase efficiency and improve manual processes

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and thoughtful review of any communications or materials that come across their desk
  • Understanding of highly sensitive materials and the care needed when functioning as the owner of these materials and communications
  • Comfort in challenging the status quo and asking "why?" when encountering inefficient processes and wasted work
  • Passion for managing projects and working across multiple teams to move an initiative to success
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different work & communication styles in order to provide the best possible service
  • Learner-focused mindset with the ability to research and document less understood concepts and present them in a digestible way across many different levels of knowledge and understanding
  • Ability to navigate and be successful in a highly matrixed organization
  • Sound business and technical acumen

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
