The Charles Schwab Corporate Security team is hiring a highly engaged and experienced Security Project Manager. This is an incredible career opportunity working on corporate and retail projects.

This role involves collaborating with internal and external resources, general contractors, security integrators, information technology and network teams, and senior management to define, plan, communicate, and implement projects effectively. Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for success in this role to ensure the timely, cost effective, and efficient competition of retail and corporate projects.

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' experience in planning, executing, and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • At least 5 years' experience and knowledge with Security Software and Access Control Systems (Genetec, Sonitrol Alarm Systems and video systems).
  • Practical knowledge and experience in these fields: security operations, security technology and construction. General knowledge and understanding of other real estate subject areas, including building systems, space planning, property management, etc.
  • Strong project management skills, with emphasis on the RFP process, bid leveling, scheduling, budgeting, and prioritizing.
  • Sound business knowledge to effectively collaborate with Schwab businesses and outside agencies.
  • Detailed working understanding and ownership of the financial budget of a project.
  • Knowledgeable of security protocols, regulations, and safety codes.
  • Knowledgeable of Security Compliance review and risk management.
  • Evident relationship management skills
  • Excellent negotiating and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA / BS in Security Management, Security Technology, or Project Management preferred or equivalent experience.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
