In this critical leadership role, you will design and execute a strategic Workday and HR technology solution roadmap, driving strategy, scalability and optimization to support the organization's strategic objectives and continuous improvement efforts. The HR Technology Director will act as a strategic partner to HR and IT leaders, leading digital transformation initiatives to enhance workforce experiences, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR leadership to identify technology needs and design innovative Workday solutions that support talent strategies, employee experience initiatives, and workforce planning based on evolving business needs.
- Drive digital transformation in HR by leveraging Workday's advanced capabilities, including AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics, to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
- Oversee the governance of HR technology investments, ensuring ROI.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of HR Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Partner with IT and other business units to ensure seamless integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
- Monitor HR technology trends and emerging innovations, providing recommendations to senior leadership on adopting tools and practices that enhance business outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships, including Workday and other third-party providers, to ensure high-quality service and alignment with organizational needs.
- Facilitate troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks across various business units.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of HR technology leadership experience in a role of similar scope and complexity, leading large-scale HR technology projects and motivating teams to achieve tactical and strategic delivery goals.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and advanced technical expertise in Workday
- 10+ years of experience in HR technology, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Workday implementation and optimization.
- Expertise in Workday modules, configurations, and integrations, with a strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
