Pay range: USD $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 / Year

The Infrastructure Capacity Analyst will monitor, analyze and optimize capacity on Infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate will assess Capacity, forecast future demand, and provide capacity recommendations for stability and cost efficiency.

  • Monitor and analyze server performance metrics including CPU, memory, Storage and network utilization
  • Conduct capacity forecasting to anticipate future resource demands based on business growth and trends
  • Provide recommendations for server provisioning to optimize performance and costs.
  • Investigate server performance issues and provide data-driven insights to resolve
  • Work with infrastructure engineers to optimize server configuration
  • Develop and maintain capacity models and reports to support Infrastructure planning
  • Provide regular reports and Dashboards for IT Leadership and stakeholders

What you have

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related discipline with an information technology focus or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in IT Infrastructure server performance analysis, or capacity planning
  • 3+ years' experience with Linux and Windows Server environments+
  • 3+ Years in server monitoring tools (Splunk, VM Ware, ITRS)

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong analytical and Problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • ITIL Foundations
  • Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
