Your opportunity

At Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us "challenge the status quo" and transform the finance industry together.

As an Associate Alternative you will play a critical role helping our ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients incorporate alternative investments into their overall wealth management experience. In this role, you will support both clients and the Senior Alternative Investment Consultants (AICs) by delivering a white-glove experience to eligible clients interested in investing in alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and private real estate. If you have a passion for serving clients, understanding capital markets and building portfolios, and working cross-functionally within a dynamic and highly impactful team, this may be the role for you.
