Location: Conshohocken, PA

Under general direction of the Director, Global Generics and Sourcing, this position is directly responsible for determining and maintaining all specialty customer access and manufacturer contract documentation and agreements for Generics Global Sourcing and other Global Sourcing programs. In addition, this position is responsible for manufacturer and Sales questions and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages Generic Strategic Global Sourcing contracts and agreements and maintains information in a master data base.
  • Collaborates with, and notifies, Cencora Global Procurement, SGS, Sales, Customer Care, Replenishment Operations, Customer Operations, and Contracts and Chargebacks of product launches and changes in CGP or customer access to generic products through management of manufacturer contracts and communication with manufacturers directly. Represents the access needs of the customer to the manufacturer for inquiries and requests and maintains all approval lists and updates.
  • Assisting Category Managers in determining appropriate customer groups that will have access to products based on manufacturer strategy by working directly with manufacturer during the contracting process and managing and resolving all inquiries and issues after implementation.
  • Works with Category Manager to develop and maintain manufacturer relationships to further Cencora strategic goals and contract strategy.
  • Review, revise and/or draft product access documentation in manufacturer contracts/agreements and system load processes Strategic Global Sourcing Department.
  • Tracks and updates all active manufacturer, contract, and product information according to department and Company processes.
  • Organizes projects and maintains planning to ensure issues and milestones are met and acts as backup resource to lead manufacturer RFP and RFI responses for Strategic Global Sourcing

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:
  • Finance, Strategy, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, or Business Management (other related majors will be considered)
  • Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future

Minimum Skills Required:

  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Proven people/project leadership throughout your academic career (on- or off- campus)
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
  • Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to give/receive constructive feedback
  • Flexibility for relocation will allow for greater advancement opportunities
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
  • Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, flexible, accountable and can effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook
