Join us as the Senior Director of Brand Implementation at Cencora, where you will take the lead in driving the successful execution of the Cencora Brand Implementation project. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and facilitate key workstreams to ensure the seamless implementation of our brand strategy, focusing on business readiness and brand activation. Your responsibilities will include supporting project management and governance, finalizing detailed project plans, managing timelines and metrics, and maintaining connectivity with other enterprise projects. As a trusted resource for internal and external communications, you will play a crucial role in keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the implementation process.

  • Project Management: Leading the successful completion of an 18-month effort to complete the implementation of the Cencora brand, as defined by project plan including limited legal entity changes, brand activation and asset migration
  • Budgeting and Resource Management: Managing budget for project, and efficiently allocating resources to achieve objectives
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and driving the development of strategies to mitigate them. Continuously monitoring program performance and taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Team Leadership: Providing guidance and direction to implementation team members and workstreams, in some cases without direct reporting relationships
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with different departments, stakeholders, and executives to ensure alignment, communication, and successful execution of the project
  • Performance Management: Measuring and evaluating program performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting results to leadership
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and best practices in project management.
  • Change Management: Managing changes in program scope, schedule, and resources, and ensuring proper change management processes are followed
  • Vendor Management: Overseeing relationships with external vendors and contractors involved in program execution
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensuring that brand implementation is adherent to relevant legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Executive Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders regarding program status, challenges, and achievements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of diversified project and program management experience
  • Experience in business operations, brand and marketing, pharmaceutical supply chain, change management, project management or customer experience
  • Experience influencing without authority in a complex global matrix
