Job Details
- Set up new accounts, conduct credit checks and TSA known shipper inquiries.
- Engage the new customer with an introductory e-mail and follow up with information needed by that customer to ensure successful execution of World Courier shipments.
- Working with the sales rep, client and other relevant departments on most effective account notes applying & updating across systems to help improve communications.
- Support customer inquiries regarding quotes, billing inquiries, job placement, reporting.
- Manage the acquisition of client facing reports.
- Knowledgeable on our services & products to provide support to clients and prospects.
- Set up new and pre-existing customers with the Customer Portal. Liaise with IT, sales representatives & the client for trouble shooting and provide demos as needed.
- Provide new account kickoff support. This can be via attending a meeting or call or emails.
- Qualify and process leads within the required time from campaigns, our website or inbound calls and emails.
- Provide support to sales representatives on prospecting.
- Provide clients with relevant quote sheets.
- Work with the sales representative and the Quote Team to ensure new quotes are entered in CRM.
- Log all client communication in the CRM.
- Participate at Sales Support Team meetings as well as North American Sales Meetings. Domestic travel may be required up to several times per year.
- Provide a weekly and monthly report to Supervisor, as required.
- Achieve annual performance goals to support the global business goals.
- Completes company trainings as required on time.

- Assist in any special projects as needed.

Education & work experience:
BA - or equivalent work experience
Generally requires 3-7 years experience
English Proficiency/Advanced
