The Team:

The Talent Acquisition team at Celonis plays a crucial role in our dynamic international expansion. Our team drives innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire the future leaders of Celonis, directly impacting the rapid growth of the organization. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Project Manager to join our global team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will be based in one of our main office hubs: Munich HQ, Madrid, the US East Coast, or London.

The Role:

As the Talent Acquisition Sprint Project Manager, you'll play a key role in scaling Celonis. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Talent Acquisition initiatives that will support the long-term growth of the business. You’ll partner closely with our talent team, internal stakeholders, vendors, and hiring leaders to ensure our hiring acceleration sprint initiatives are successfully executed. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with various teams and drive impactful recruitment projects across the business, and around the world.

The work you’ll do:

Project Planning, Execution and Reporting:

  • Develop and manage complex and comprehensive project plans for TA initiatives.
  • Lead project teams in the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time and within budget.
  • Ensure the TA Delivery team is resourced properly to keep pace with project needs.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Produce and distribute project status reports to relevant stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Leverage our TA tech stack to develop reporting and insights to shape the direction of hiring sprints.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with TA leadership and other key stakeholders to define the project objectives and deliverables.
  • Lead proactive communication on project updates, including successes, challenges, risks to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Drive collaboration around the delivery targets setting the cadence for project activities.
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate project success.

Vendor Management:

  • Foster partnership with TA suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Manage output of RPO Partner and conduct weekly updates, monthly meetings, QBR’s etc.

The qualifications you need:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering projects within Talent Acquisition for a scaling Technology, SaaS or Product business Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience working in an agile project delivery environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • A passion for driving direction from insights and reporting, leveraging varied data sources. Excellent reporting, analytical, data visualization and presentation skills, that allow you to understand correlations, and to translate these into clear and meaningful business insights
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, providing a proactive, solution oriented approach.
  • Vendor management and experience managing RPO relations and teams. 

The qualifications we prefer :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince 2) is a plus
  • Experience using and/or implementing project management software is a plus
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, and other TA specific technology is a plus
