The Team:

Join a dynamic and ambitious team at the forefront of driving growth in the Public Sector! As a pivotal member of our Netherlands enterprise sales team, the Account Executive focuses on expanding our footprint by acquiring new logos and fostering relationships with exciting public sector clients. This role specializes in Public Central Government, European Institutions, and their subsidiaries, leveraging strategic logo acquisition and market penetration to maximize opportunities in these critical areas. Collaborating closely with Value Engineers, Business Development Representatives, and cross-functional teams, the Account Executive identifies and secures high-value new business opportunities to deliver transformative results for our clients.

The Role:

The Account Executive's primary mission is to establish and grow our presence in the Public Sector. By capitalizing on untapped opportunities within Public Central Government, European Institutions, and their subsidiaries, this role plays a key part in expanding Celonis' market share. Key responsibilities include strategic client acquisition, relationship building, and driving new business sales.

The Work You’ll Do:

Discover and cultivate new business opportunities within a designated portfolio of Public Sector accounts.
Build and strengthen relationships across organizational levels, engaging with executives and decision-makers to understand their unique needs and challenges.
Analyze strategic and operational requirements of target accounts, expertly positioning Celonis' solutions to address their objectives.
Guide the end-to-end sales journey, including prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, solution design, and closing deals.
Collaborate with Value Engineers or deliver impactful presentations and tailored demonstrations that highlight the value of Celonis' solutions.
Partner closely with consulting firms, SaaS providers, and Big4 firms to drive solution alignment and client success.
Work in harmony with your virtual team, including Business Development Representatives, Value Engineers, Partner Managers, and Marketing Specialists, ensuring cohesive execution and impactful outcomes.

The Qualifications You Need:

Proven success in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, with experience in both expanding existing business opportunities and acquiring new logos.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Track record of selling enterprise-level software solutions to C-level executives and Public Sector clients.
Experience collaborating with partners such as consulting firms or enterprise technology providers.
Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in English. Fluency in Dutch is highly desirable.
