About the Role:
As a CBRE Solutions Sr. Consultant for the Technology, Media & Telco sectors, you will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to solution sales pursuits for integrated Real Estate and Facilities Management outsourcing deals.
This job is part of the Sales function and is responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients.
What You'll Do:
- Support the sector sales leaders in the delivery of a focused solution strategy for client pursuits. This includes enhancing client relationships, market positioning, and brand with high-profile industry stakeholder groups.
- Participate in development of pursuit strategy and execution to include creation of proposals presentations and other client-facing materials.
- Assist with the delivery of a large business development program with targeted new and expanded annualized revenue and margin.
- Direct the bid management process through the development of RFIs, RFP, and client presentations.
- Drive the market engagement program at the service line level ensuring a targeted and robust strategy.
- Partner with Marketing team to support the go-to-market approach in key local and regional areas.
- Monitor internal reviews of any beneficial client solutions not currently utilized. Present to management for review.
- Create awareness and culture of cross-selling.
- Build relationships with our existing and prospective high-profile client base in establishing strong personal credibility.
- Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
- Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.
- Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience including complex solutions sales. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
- Excellent communications, specifically listening skills and ability to effectively translate needs into a solution
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Managing Director, Sales position is $190,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Managing Director, Sales position is $200000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program and Sales Incentive Plan. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
