This job is a part of the Talent Acquisition functional area which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company.

What You'll Do:

  • Directly source the best talent in the market for a diverse range of roles within the business line.
  • Develop strong relationships 'high, wide & deep' across the hiring teams.
  • Define, develop, plan & implement recruitment and attraction strategies including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives to drive talent engagement to attract and recruit the best talent into CBRE GWS.
  • Act a trusted advisor to the business, developing in-depth knowledge of talent, competitors and recruitment markets.
  • Strategic recruitment advisor, working collaboratively with People and Business Leadership teams to align hiring strategy to source talent against needs and priorities.
  • Actively work with Talent Management to understand internal talent pipeline and promote opportunities across CBRE Business Lines.
  • Promotes CBRE employer brand initiatives/EVP to attract diverse talent.
  • Take responsibility for delivering assigned TA "Strategic Road Map" initiatives in line with the CBRE GWS TA strategy.
  • Provides TA reports to the business and TA Leadership including TA metrics, workforce planning, providing insights into agency use.
  • Manage agency preferred supply chain and ensures appropriate agreements are in place.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
  • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
