About the Role:
The Project Manager (PM) will be the Sr. Occupancy Specialist responsible for supporting the delivery of Change Management projects and the Unassigned Seating program. The Sr. Occupancy Specialist will ensure occupants are prepared for their new workplaces and using unassigned seating for the 1st time. The PM will interface and engage with occupants at all levels (Leadership, Managers, Admins, IC's), Business Group leaders and key change agents, members of the RE&F team, CBRE IOS, IFM and Integrator, and other key partners. The PM will support the Unassigned Seating Program Manager in developing, maintaining, and delivering the unassigned seating program at Microsoft Puget Sound. The PM will support the Workplace Change Managers in first generation TBS occupancy to ensure a successful transition as well as 2nd generation TBS occupancy including reshuffles/reorgs and new occupancy.

What You'll Do:
- Manage and monitor all space related matters, and coordinate services with multiple vendors and service providers. Work closely with other suppliers to understand process requirements around service requests and ensure service requests are completed and closed out in a timely manner.
- Responsible for ordering, organizing, distributing and coordinating installation/removal of unassigned seating signage materials.
- Single point of contact and occupant relations within TBS and ExperienceEC.
- Identify, track, mitigate and close out on space related issues related to occupant feedback to ensure a smooth transition project phase to occupancy phase.
- Ensure unassigned seating quality through physical audits.
- Perform data entry and validation as needed for Unassigned Seating and Change Management support.
- Consult with Workplace Change Manager to customize key project change activities and messaging.
- Actively manage high demand situations and communicate issue resolution with suppliers and clients.
- Develop and maintain program materials such as training documents, timelines, presentation decks, communications and project trackers
- Provide support for necessary occupant training and learning opportunities, to include engagements such as panel discussions, tours, workshops, peer conversations, etc
- Provide support to enable clear messaging, to include coordination of communication plans, vision statement, manager talking points and other components of Change Management and Unassigned Seating Program.
- Support initiatives to help streamline Change Management and Unassigned Seating Programs based on lessons learned and best practices.
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of two to five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability and desire to drive solutions, problem solve and to work and lead in a fast-paced/dynamic organization.
- Understanding of workplace concepts along with financial and organizational capabilities to effectively interpret client input and objectives.
- Ability to successfully facilitate client meetings with key stakeholders and senior leaders to gain occupant trust and confidence, foster workplace solutions, and enable the occupant communities.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of operational impact related to actions/decisions.
- Ability to demonstrate strong written, verbal and visual communications skills when interacting with all levels of management and business clients.
- Excellent organization and time management skills. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
- Understanding, or ability to quickly assimilate Microsoft's RE&F organization and key points of contact.
- Understanding, or ability to quickly assimilate CBRE's Microsoft's service model and key points of contact.
- Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated with eagerness to learn.
- Empathetic towards the change occupants are facing and able to deal with negative concerns effectively.
- Ability and desire to succeed in a fast-paced (sometimes ambiguous) dynamic organization with frequent changes in priorities and focus.
- Aptitude to maintain positive internal and customer relationships with competing interests and priorities.
- Ability and desire to drive solutions, problem solve and to work and lead in a fast-paced/dynamic organization.
- Ability to document processes, procedures and best practices. Understanding of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive; Ability to write reports and prepare quality PowerPoint presentations.
- Proficiency in data entry, quality and interpretation. Comfortable working in a data centered environment.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Occupancy Planner (Project Manager) position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Occupancy Planner (Project Manager) position is $90,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
