What you'll do
- Available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing and Client Solutions team
- Lead and coordinate sophisticated calendars and schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation using AMEX GBT
- Assist with the planning and execution of team events and meetings
- Handle expense reports and reimbursements
- Maintain and prioritize files, records, and documentation

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the team with various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
- Ensure smooth communication and teamwork within the team and with other departments.

What you'll need

- Ability to transcribe handwritten notes quickly; familiarity with real estate and financial language is a plus
- Experience with Zoom and video conferencing setup in office and conference room settings
- General technology troubleshooting ability for real-time resolutions in coordination with the local D&T team
- Knowledgeable in CRM software, particularly Salesforce.

CBRE Investment Management carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE IM's applicable benefit program.
