What you'll do

  • Available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing and Client Solutions team
  • Lead and coordinate sophisticated calendars and schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation using AMEX GBT
  • Assist with the planning and execution of team events and meetings
  • Handle expense reports and reimbursements
  • Maintain and prioritize files, records, and documentation

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the team with various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
  • Ensure smooth communication and teamwork within the team and with other departments.

What you'll need

  • Diligent minute-to-minute, with the ability to anticipate changes, prioritize constantly, react quickly, keep the team up to date with status, and follow through

  • Thorough and organized, with attention to detail from start to finish
  • Expert in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook calendar and PowerPoint; proficient in Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Resourceful in researching online and within the company intranet
  • Ability to transcribe handwritten notes quickly; familiarity with real estate and financial language is a plus
  • Experience with Zoom and video conferencing setup in office and conference room settings
  • General technology troubleshooting ability for real-time resolutions in coordination with the local D&T team
  • Knowledgeable in CRM software, particularly Salesforce.

CBRE Investment Management carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE IM's applicable benefit program.
