About the role
- As a CBRE Quality and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the CBRE Quality Representatives staff on medium to large scoped client accounts (may include multiple accounts/clients). Manages the creation, revision, and enforcement of all aspects of the CBRE Quality Management System (QMS), or in situations where CBRE operates within the client's QMS, ensures the integration and ongoing oversight aspects required by that QMS are appropriately completed by the CBRE Quality Representatives. Support change, event & root cause analysis processes through review and/or approval actions. Responsible for ensuring all master service agreement and quality agreement results are completed per those respective contract terms

What you'll do
- Manages the day-to-day Quality and Compliance Team operations at one or more account sites
- Delivers and implements the CBRE compliance program and/or the client's compliance program
- Interfaces, partners, and interacts with both CBRE and the clients functional areas and leadership teams
- Track the success of the quality-of-service initiatives for non-regulated services.
- Report Compliance and other metrics to the client during review meetings. Call out and notify both internal and client Sr. management of quality and compliance issues.
- Responsible for the inspection readiness program for the site

- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
- Responsible for the training and qualification program for CBRE employees
- Trains CBRE account personnel on the use of elements within the Quality Management System
- Investigates deviations/events, issues and manages Corrective/Preventative Actions
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Quality & Compliance Sr Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Quality & Compliance Sr Manager position is $140,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
What you'll need
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Engineering; or equivalent related work experience. Minimum 5+ years related work experience required. Previous experience within a quality organization within Life Science Environment(s) preferred. Specialized training in quality assurance audits preferred.
Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
FDA, ISO, or similar quality assurance audit related certification preferred. Must have appropriate license and/or certification where required by law. Green or Black Belt Six Sigma Certification preferred.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job subject area and department.
Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups
Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
Experience with Desktop publishing, Microsoft Office Suite and Online Help. Previous experience with SAP, Trackwise, Regulus, and/or CMMS systems
