About the role
The purpose of the Project Manager position is to support individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for Industrial & Manufacturing clients, with direct accountability for project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a background in stimulating industrial building construction projects (ground up and retrofit), large site development projects, and manufacturing and Aerospace facilities.
What you'll do
- Lead all facets of project and program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multi-asset facility projects related to HVAC asset assessments and replacements, roofing replacements, and roadway assessments.
- Conduct periodic site visits to lead all aspects of the progress of construction and monitor the status of work completed during the delivery schedule.
- Apply CBRE standards to multifaceted real estate documents related to agreements, contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
- Support construction and renovation projects and ensure detailed staff understands and implements safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures.
- Support regional project reports, stewards account-specific Key Performance Indicators, and promote overall program improvements. Performs training and ongoing mentoring for junior-level staff.
- Build relationships with clients to ensure projects are being delivered against established expectations and explore program improvement opportunities.
- Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conducts standard requests for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.
- Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources briefed.

What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) or a combination of education and experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Minimum four years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace construction project management.
- Prior experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC construction projects.
- Knowledge of MS Projects, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
