The Project Manager will lead individual, multi-disciplined project solutions for our s clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead all facets of project management (resources, budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk assessment) for projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Proven experience interpreting and applying knowledge on complex documents affecting real estate / construction projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, architectural and engineering design, construction documentation, and construction administration / management practices.
- Collaborate directly with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, lead all aspects of cost estimate & budget preparation, review cash flow, work plan schedule & achievements, quality control, and risk identification.
- Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists, or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard to complex request for proposals; completes bid analysis; leads evaluation interviews, recommends resources to clients.
- Lead project delivery resources/team (typically larger more experienced team) providing project mentorship and direction to achieve project goals.
- Implement communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed and aligned. Facilitates project meetings.
- Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
- Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Build action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
- Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to resolve impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
- Demonstrate ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study. Minimum six years of related experience and/or training. Prior experience in a supervisory position (direct report responsibilities) required if specific duties include direct report responsibilities.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
