About the role
We are looking for a Program Management to help lead low to medium cross-functional projects and programs with a focus on Workplace Services and Facilities Management!
Responsible for detailing new processes and updating existing processes through playbook creation and updates. Facilitates the development of a charter and coordinated timeline. Ensures all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated. Responsible for program competition against set deadlines and requirements determined by the client. Provides training of processes as needed.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate meetings to review project status for projects (project pipeline). Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and leads project team through implementation and completion.

- Responsible for reporting status of individual and groups of projects and programs. Provides appropriate levels of detail, and summarizes sophisticated issues succinctly.
- Manage internal and external relationships in support of program. May provide consultation on sophisticated low to medium scale projects that integrate into an organized program.
- Build, maintains & distributes routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.
- No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical mentorship, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Minimum four years of related experience. Prior Supervisory experience preferred.
- PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret sophisticated documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires sophisticated analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong process skills, decision-making and analytical skills are vital. Demonstrated ability in project management processes, tools and techniques.
- Ability to build and maintain effective professional/client relationships.
- Intermediate skills with Google Suite and Salesforce

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the this position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $135,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
