About The Role:

As a CBRE LP - Vice President, you will be responsible for generating fee income through the placement of debt and equity within capital markets.

This job works within the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.

What You'll Do:

  • Understand and articulate the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures associated with commercial real estate finance. This includes commercial appraising, market, and investment analysis.
  • Create, cultivate, and maintain a local and national client base for the generation of fee income from debt and equity placements. Coordinates marketing efforts that include print, electronic and personal contacts.
  • Provide advisory services to clients with the goal to obtain "trusted advisor" status.
  • Develop an ongoing and expanding relationship with internal personnel to conjunctly create business pitches and provide ancillary finance support information.
  • Work and coordinate with company sales professionals to improve overall client relationships and transactions.
  • Assist with the preparation of loan submission reports for review by capital providers.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information.

What You'll Need:

To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily.   • Fee income of at least $291,100 a year for five of the last seven years.
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Real Estate license strongly preferred.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
