Technology Internship Program - Summer 2025

CBRE, the #1 commercial real estate firm in the world, is seeking current university students to join our company as a Technology Intern in Summer 2025. If selected for this program, you will learn from and be mentored by top technology professionals, build technology for our Fortune 100 clients, and have fun while doing so.

Program Details:

  • Start Date: June 2025
  • End Date: August 2025
  • Location: Richardson, Texas (in-person)
  • Duration: 10 weeks
  • Hours/week: 40 hours (full-time)

What You'll Do:

This program is comprised of 5 unique internship "tracks", which selected interns will be assigned to.

Please read each description carefully to decide which one is the best fit for you and your career interests. Candidates can only be considered for one track below, so please select carefully.

  1. Software Engineering: Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, maintain, test, and improve internal and/or client software applications; Write well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards.
  2. Data Science: Collaborate with data scientists to provide a quantitative foundation for model development via comprehensive data analysis.
  3. Product Management: Collaborate with global product, engineering, and divisional technology teams to ensure new products and services are developed and delivered, according to Agile methodologies, timely and on-budget.
  4. UX Design: Collaborate with UX team to conduct user research and implement design-related solutions, based on user needs & insights.
  5. Cybersecurity: Partner with cybersecurity engineers to ensure security and data privacy at a large, global corporation.


What You'll Need:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with a technology focus
  • Graduating in December 2025 or May 2026
  • Able and willing to report to our Richardson, Texas office for the duration of the 10-week program
  • Demonstrated passion for technology
  • Prior professional experience, such as internships and tutoring
  • Ability to demonstrate basic technical skills
  • Highly involved at your university (student organizations, clubs, projects, hackathons, etc.)
  • Involvement in the community (such as volunteering) preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred
