  • Use knowledge of business goals and unique audience needs to develop a wide range of clear, easily accessible content (e.g. emails, FAQs, manager guides, videos, and more) that drives impact.
  • Manage the development and execution of manager- focused communications, empowering CarGurus' people managers with the information and resources they need to best support their teams.
  • Manage our internal communications content calendar(s) in collaboration with key stakeholders; assist in editorial planning to ensure all communications are delivered to the right audience, at the right time, and through the right channel.
  • Optimize strategies to ensure we're using the most effective approach by leveraging best practices, employee feedback, and channel data.
  • Be a champion for clear, human, and impactful communications across the company.

Who you are:

  • You've built integrated communications programs and strategies to support business objectives and managed them from concept to execution
  • You have experience in digital content creation, including video, blog posts, e-newsletters, podcasts, and more; graphic design skills are a plus!
