Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Warehouse Coordinator will leverage the distribution plan to ensure warehouse staffing and truck capacities support all in-bound and out-bound shipments with the third-party logistics (3PL) partner and shuttle carrier. In this role, you will drive improvement with 3PL and shuttle carrier to ensure superior customer service to Cargill Cocoa and Chocolate customers.

Key Accountabilities
- Perform or resolve data entry and issues using spreadsheets and databases based on sales orders and contracts, analyze data, collect and translate implications and present findings to senior team members.
- Plan and implement processes to drive accountability with the 3PL partner and shuttle carrier while directing raw and finished products to and from manufacturing facilities.
- Analyze and project transportation costs and cost reduction initiatives. Coordinate critical documentation sharing as needed.
- Develop strong partnerships with 3PL warehouse team. Champion continuous improvement and accountability between manufacturing plants, shuttle carrier and 3PL partners. Use significant knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry to make recommendations to establish good customer relations.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

This position could work remote from home office anywhere in the United States or from the Wayzata, MN global headquarters location.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in inventory management or warehousing, or carrier management
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with distribution planning
- Experience with SAP
Compensation Data
The expected salary for this position is $75,000-$95,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
