Principal Associate, Project Management - Airport Lounge Team

As a Principal Associate, Project Manager you will:
- Work on medium to large-scale complex, cross-departmental projects that have a direct impact on the company
- Drive cross-functional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed; manage complex up and downstream project impacts.
- Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation.
- Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
- Conduct regular meetings with the project team. Document progress and report to stakeholders on project status.
- Build and document program structure to scale project network
- Develop and manage change management processes across network
- Consolidate creative assets for network wide deployment
- Work with vendors to identify economies of scale across the program
- Develop roll out plans for day 2 lounge initiatives and activations
- Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
- Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
- Display strong consulting and collaboration skills
- Manage relationships with third party operations partners to ensure desired intent is executed.
- Own and update all master program documents for uniform network operations
- Work closely with operating partners on contractual alignment for all programmatic changes
- Demonstrate that they can improve processes and deliver well managed and scalable solutions and intent resulting in flawless and sustainable execution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills
- Traveling up to 35%

Basic Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or Military experience
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience or hospitality industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 4+ years of Project Management experience
- At least 1+ years experience achieving results with projects
