As Manager, Portfolio and Product Operations in Capital One's Enterprise Cyber Security organization, we're looking for someone who is passionate about organizational delivery and effective Product Management at-scale, utilizing that knowledge to provide essential inputs to set strategy, prioritize, and streamline ways of working. Our portfolio consists of bold technology goals as we manage risk and protect our company. Our Portfolio and Product Operations team is critical to the selection, prioritization and control of our Cyber Security organization's programs and projects, in line with its strategic objectives and capacity to deliver. The goal is to balance the implementation of change initiatives and the maintenance of business-as-usual, while optimizing return on investment.

What You'll Do:

  • Employ your knowledge and expertise of Product Management, agile, and delivery best practices to help empower the Cyber Product Management organization to collectively, effectively and efficiently drive the most meaningful outcomes for the Cyber organization
  • Manage Cyber Product Management meetings to drive key outcomes
  • Coordinate cross-desk activities for Product Management across Cyber
  • Lead the creation of, monitoring, and reporting of the Product Management Roadmap
  • Engage with Service Areas and Towers to obtain information necessary to optimizing Cyber Product Management
  • Perform outreach to other lines of business' product delivery teams and serve as key liaison and collaborator to Capital One's Enterprise Product and Experience (EPX) team
  • Coordinate and support Cyber Demo Days, providing a forum to showcase products, progress, and ideas
  • Support and drive maturation of our Portfolio and Product Operations team through effective implementation of the three pillars of Product Operations
  • Support Portfolio and Product Operations initiatives, cultivating a culture of delivery excellence, including providing templates, governance processes, dashboards & reporting, training, etc.
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes
  • Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
  • Communicate effectively and succinctly with key stakeholders to drive improvements

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years of experience in program, project, or process management
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience working in agile, lean, or SAFe environments
  • 3+ years of experience with Google sheets, JIRA, Tableau, and Confluence
  • 3+ years of experience with complex stakeholder management
  • 2+ years of Cyber or Technology experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Product Management
