We're seeking a Luxury Events Sales Specialist to join our growing team. As part of our Elevated Experiences sales team, you will communicate with clients, suppliers, and fellow team members to deliver best-in-class service to our members. This role will focus on delivering exceptional service to our high-end members, providing them with unparalleled access to premium tickets and exclusive experiences. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of member interactions related to ticketing and events, from sales to post-event follow-ups. In this role, you will be contributing to the curation and sales to world-class events and experiences while leveraging your network within the ticketing, venue, sports and entertainment industries to enhance our offerings. This is a key role for someone with a passion for delivering white-glove service, a deep understanding of high-end clientele, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and sales strategies.

General Responsibilities:

  • Assisting high net worth clients in accessing a wide range of luxury events, VIP ticket opportunities and exclusive access
  • Working with suppliers around the world to ensure our clients are receiving the best rates, benefits, value, and service in the market
  • Resolving customer complaints via excellent service and proper resolution
  • Manage end-to-end ticketing by coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and compliance with artist or venue requirements ensuring members have a seamless experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members to understand their preferences and exceed expectations.
  • Leverage your sales skills to upsell premium packages and exclusive offers.
  • Act as a trusted concierge, handling any special requests or customizations.
  • Leverage industry connections to secure premium access, exclusive tickets, and unique experiences for members.
  • Contribute to the design of unique, industry-leading offerings that keep Velocity Black at the forefront of the luxury concierge market.
  • Stay current on industry trends, key players, and new event opportunities to consistently enhance member experiences.

What we are looking for:

  • A highly connected industry professional with an extensive network of industry contacts across venues, ticketing agencies, and artists.
  • Be highly familiar with relevant local, national and global events (including but not limited to: concerts, sporting events, theater, art, etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude and a Yes first' mentality,
  • A passion for sports, music and entertainment
  • Strong analytical skills and extremely strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with high net worth individuals and clients
  • Excellent, clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
  • Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings, weekends and some holidays
  • Enjoy working towards assigned KPIs and targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales, hospitality, or concierge role
  • At least 2 years of experience in events, ticketing, artist management, premium experiences, or venue operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales, hospitality, or concierge role
  • 3+ years of experience in events, ticketing, artist management, premium experiences, or venue operations
  • 3+ year of experience with high net worth individuals and curating partnerships with venues, teams, and organizations
  • Proven track record in sales with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Deep knowledge of the entertainment, sports, and event landscape

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Remote (Regardless of Location): $74,000 - $84,400 for SA, Premium Concierge Specialist

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
