Responsibilities:

  • Drive the ideation, development, and roll out of new technology, intelligent automation and tactical process changes required to drive improvement in processing activities and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a team, including serving as a key point of escalation. Rapidly triage and escalate complex issues or non-compliance as appropriate
  • Analyze deal structures, including documents and financials, while providing direction on the execution and structuring strategies
  • Identify performance drivers, project future performance, and anticipate ability to repay debt; apply industry research across transactions and share key takeaways across the organization
  • Identify and lead integration and process enhancement initiatives
  • Deliver the needs of the business by executing with a high degree of learning agility and flexibility
  • Exhibit a high level of professional presence with clients and peer teams and ability to target communication to audience
  • Ability to balance competing priorities with exceptional follow up
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Influence and creatively solve problems with a high level of judgment


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 7 years of People Management experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience implementing or improving processes and associated controls
  • At least 8 years of experience in financial services, sell-side banking, buy-side investing, corporate financial planning, corporate consulting or data analytics
  • At least 8 years of experience leading through change, including driving execution
  • At least 8 years of experience with Commercial Banking Products including Loans, Treasury Management or Capital Markets

How our hybrid model works:

This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week) in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. Monday and Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.
