The Role

As a manager within the CIO Business Operations team, you will oversee and lead the Financial Operations team. Financial Operations team focuses on ensuring an accurate, auditable and thorough analysis of the global CIO organization's financials, including tracking and reporting actuals, analyzing financial data for trends, budget planning, working with the business teams to translate strategic projects to financial requirements, identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities, identifying ways to meet budget targets, working with executive management in the CIO and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the Financial Operations team, providing leadership, mentorship, and direction
  • Determinate operational strategies by monitoring key financial metrics
  • Define the team processes, support improvements and automation
  • Identify, communicate, address and monitor the financial needs and interests of the CIO organization
  • Cooperate with the stakeholders and executive management to enable the financial requirements for the CIO organization's operations and strategic projects
  • Work with the consolidation team to help and develop a full end to end view on CIO financials

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a leadership role.
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial operations
  • 5+ years of experience in IT industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and experience in aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
