As a member of the CML Office of the President Team, you will work with senior leaders across the Enterprise, and within the Commercial Bank specifically to drive critical work necessary to deliver on our public commitments, internal and external, as well as our strategic goals.

In this specific role, you will be responsible for driving the Commercial wide implementation of Sustainable Finance Strategies and execution. You will provide key work aligned to Climate Risk, Materiality, and client engagement. You will drive the overarching coordination and centralization of aligned workstreams, forums, and content. Additionally, you will partner across Commercial with key senior leaders to deliver on the Sustainable Finance strategy that meets and delivers on our full book of commitments, requirements, and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Implementation efforts in line with Commercial Sustainable Finance Strategy
  • Work in closely aligned partnership with Commercial Business Analysis team to deliver on Commercial disclosure requirements; responsible for quantitative and qualitative data and reporting Inputs
  • Lead Sustainable Finance aligned client engagement initiatives across the commercial bank
  • Drive Implementation of Resiliency & Growth (risk driven) workstream initiatives and milestones
  • Lead quarterly governance forum & roundtable routines for Commercial and key stakeholders
  • Leverage subject matter expertise and strategic capabilities to develop and deliver on comprehensive roadmaps and drive key inputs for TOH Climate & Community Strategy
  • Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
  • Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
  • Utilize data to deliver strategy and problem solving

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 5 Years of Project Management experience
  • At least 5 Years of Process Management experience
  • At least 3 Years of People Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or MBA degree
  • At least 7+ years of Project Management experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

San Francisco and San Jose, California (Hybrid On-Site): $214,500 - $244,800 for Director, Project Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
