Visual Marketing Designer Sr - 20192866

Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualise design concepts and user flows, iterating based on feedback and user testing
  • Utilise design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency across projects
  • Implement responsive and adaptive design principles to ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes
  • Work in tandem with internal stakeholders to produce engaging high-quality digital content for various platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, and emails
  • Create and organise the dissemination of web graphic assets
  • Ensure designs are effectively communicated and implemented in collaboration with the development team
  • Tailor and optimise content for social and digital media, including image editing
  • Cultivate and maintain a unified and innovative visual style for brand coherence
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion
  • Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in all design work
  • Work collaboratively with UX/UI designers and developers across the organization to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions
  • Participate in design retrospectives and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles & and demonstrable experience in a UX/UI design role
  • Proficiency in in graphic design and UX software, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
  • Excellent knowledge of storyboarding
  • Strong visual design skills
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have skills

  • Knowledge HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Adobe AEM platform knowledge

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in UX/UI Design, Digital design, and graphic design

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
