As a Senior Solutions Engineer on the Growth Platforms team, you will work with application teams, architecture, project managers, business stakeholders and testing partners to define solutions, solve issues and drive initiatives forward. Through your analytical skills and product development mindset, you will lead a team and collaborate with business on achieving product vision.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical degree, or equivalent work experience
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in product delivery and innovation, including preparation of product roadmap, partnering with architecture to develop integration patterns
  • You have demonstrated success creating end to end solution definitions, point of views, system flows and performing impact analyses to determine scope and impacts of an initiative
  • You have expertise performing as a functional lead, coordinating with global business and technology teams to develop end to end solutions
  • You have a deep understanding of the financial industry, this includes business teams, order and trade lifecycle
  • You are proactive and can operate efficiently with limited information to drive disparate groups to a resolution
  • You're recognized for building strong relationships and exceeding client delivery expectations
  • You have strong data skills to be able to analyze, interpret and drive insights for proposing actionable outcomes
  • You have experience with being on a software delivery team and understand the software delivery lifecycle and have experience with Agile
  • You have some understanding of cloud platforms and tools

Southern California Base Salary Range: $153,965-$246,344

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
