As a Senior Training Specialist, you will identify training needs and design and develop curriculum for multiple business units as needed. You will also act as a liaison between the training department, project team, and business units, providing guidance and coaching to associates. To thrive in this role, you have experience leading project teams, applying advanced e-learning development skills, and facilitating classes.

- You have 5+ years of in-depth experience in instructional design and are skilled in all phases of the ADDIE model (analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate).
- You have 3+ years of proven project management skills and can lead instructional design projects of all levels of complexity.
- You can analyze business needs and make recommendations to business leaders and key stakeholders on solutions that deliver business results.
- You have proven consulting and influencing skills with subject matter experts and leaders of all levels.
- You are skilled in consulting with stakeholders to diagnose, partner, and develop holistic solutions to solve complex training needs.
- You have advanced experience designing learning activities and courses that align with learning objectives and incorporate adult learning theories.
- You can develop engaging learning solutions using a variety of modalities, e.g., e-learning, virtual classroom, etc.
- You have experience using Articulate 360, Camtasia, and SharePoint online.
- You can design and develop evaluation methods and tools to determine training effectiveness, recommend changes to the business unit, and implement solutions.
- You can lead/facilitate a variety of meetings with subject experts, stakeholders, project teams, and senior business leaders.
- You have high learning agility, can adapt to new technology quickly, and can learn and maintain knowledge of multiple business units.
- You have proven leadership skills and can assess and manage project team performance.
- You can effectively coach, develop, and provide feedback to associates.
- You can identify areas for improvement within department processes, make recommendations, and implement solutions.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $96,120-$153,792
San Antonio Base Salary Range: $79,019-$126,430
Hampton Roads Base Salary Range: $81,102-$129,763
Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $84,168-$134,669
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
