As an Analyst within the Fixed Income Results team in Los Angeles, you will extract, analyze, and present results and findings to our fixed income investment group & distribution teams, in support of investment and distribution decisions. You will ask the right questions to ensure an understanding of underlying needs behind data asks, forming a narrative out of data, and visualizing it in a way that makes sense, is actionable, and aligns business processes. You will lead and drive complex work & projects in support of Capital's long term strategic priorities, aligning stakeholders, managing risks (e.g., legal, operations), and establishing standards.

- You have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science, MIS, or other quantitative field of study.
- You hold a related charter (CIPM, CFA, and/or FRM), or have significant and related experience in the field, and possess strong industry knowledge. Level 1 CFA candidate preferred. Level 2 or 3 CFA candidate or MBA a plus.
- You have 3+ years of experience with fixed income, attribution, and portfolio results analysis with an ability to build new statistical models and derive and present insightful analysis.
- You have experience with related systems (e.g., Blackrock Aladdin, FactSet Portfolio Analysis, Point, Bloomberg, MorningStar Direct, B-One) and have excellent MS Excel skills (e.g., functions, charting, and pivot tables).
- You have strong experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx), and possess highly effective data and analytical skills to support recommendations and achieve the right outcomes.
- You're a generous collaborator, with a proven track record in driving results to meet enterprise strategic priorities. You anticipate strategic questions and have fine-tuned your communication style to address key needs, influence a diverse audience, and achieve desired results.
- You are a strong project manager with experience leading large-scale projects and understand project life cycles. Your leadership and resilience have enabled project success when you've been resourceful with resources like enlisting the help of others, sifted through large data sets, re-prioritized, strategized, tailored communication, embraced conflict, and identified critical issues.
- You are self-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and intellectual curiosity are essential for success.
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $115,254-$184,406
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
