As the End User Support Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of leading and inspiring our desktop and phone support teams across North America. Your exceptional leadership and strategic vision will be pivotal in overseeing teams across multiple locations, while ensuring regional and global alignment of our processes and services.

This role demands a visionary leader with a profound understanding of technology support operations, capable of driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of our service delivery, while also fostering strong business relationships.

  • You have 10+ years of proven leadership experience, with the ability to empower and inspire large, geographically dispersed teams of managers and associates to try new and different ways of working. Experience in the Financial Services Industry is preferred.
  • You possess a strong strategic vision, enabling you to align regional and global processes and services. Your commitment to excellence ensures the delivery of high-quality support services.
  • You have deep expertise in technology support operations, are metrics driven and have a proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • You have experience managing vendors in both managed service and staff augmentation capacities.
  • You have excellent relationship-building and communication skills, enabling you to effectively represent and convey the EUS and broader technology vision and strategy to business leaders. Your collaborative approach allows you to work seamlessly with business stakeholders, as well as technology and non-technology partners.
  • You have agility and adaptability, with a proven track record of managing and thriving during times of growth and change.
  • You have exceptional problem-solving skills and can address complex technology support challenges.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $178,847-$304,040

New York Base Salary Range: $189,603-$322,325

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
