Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing processing of payroll for North America accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
- Collaborate with HR, finance teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Demonstrating ownership for assigned processes and projects tasks, prioritizing work independently to deliver to deadlines and quality standards with limited supervision.
- Analysing information and identify trends to solve discrepancies, conduct audits and quality checks for assigned tasks / reports / peer review quality checks.
- Taking initiative for reviewing and suggesting improvements for the team's daily work, processes and procedures.
- Organizing and leading meetings and calls independently or with very limited supervision.
- Working on continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years of payroll processing experience for North American clients.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations in North America.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
