As an IG/IE HR Manager - HRBP, you'll partner to develop and implement the strategy for our IG/IE clients by providing leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resources functions. Working closely with the senior leadership teams in your business groups, you'll deliver strategic solutions and expertise in all aspects of Organizational Design, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Change Management, Talent Development, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. You will play a critical role in consulting and coaching internal clients on people management and succession planning based on organizational goals and objectives.
You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to elevate the associate experience, develop the talent of the future, and strengthen our organizational excellence. Working across your designated business group, you'll manage HR rollouts and projects that have a direct impact on the people component of our business strategy. Key responsibilities will also include people leadership and contributing to the development of the IG/IE HR team.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $153,965-$246,344
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
