As an Investment Operations (IO) Early Career Hire based in Tokyo, you will rotate across the local IO teams within a 2 year program that allows you to contribute to the day-to-day production, including projects, and learn about our business and the different roles and functions. The program will start from September in 2025. The Capital Group Investment Operations (IO) group has approximately 900 associates based in 18 Capital Group office locations focused on delivering a number of key capabilities to Capital's investment and distribution groups. Investment Operations supports the investment process and distribution efforts and consists of departments such as Global Investment Control, Core Operations, Global Results, Global Client Services, and Fund Platform.

You will contribute to the day-to-day production, including projects.

You will learn about our business and the different roles and functions across Investment Operations.

You will have opportunities to interact globally with other Investment Operations associates, develop relationships and build career-enriching skills.

At the end of the 2 year program, you will have the opportunity to move into a permanent role with one of the departments in IO. This will be dependent on suitability and business need.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
