Job description:
Capgemini is hiring a senior strategy advisor to join our Data & Insight team. This senior strategy professional will lead engagement workstreams based on Capgemini's Insights Driven Organization framework. This is a highly visible role within Capgemini that will interface with clients to lead engagements and to deliver future state business architectures and transformation roadmaps for our clients. The Senior Manager will lead the delivery of projects from inception through completion. You'll spend most of your time managing client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and managing business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting strategic mentorship and roadmaps for C-level and Executive clients in Digital Strategy
- Crafting outstanding and innovative structure and ideas for broad-based industries to improve and build a cutting edge technological framework
- Delivery of Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, Operations Improvement/Turnaround, Change Management projects
- Motivating and leading teams of Capgemini and client staff
- Building and managing internal and external relationships at all levels within an organization
- Maintaining budgets and oversee contracted services
- Meeting all service level agreements, KPIs, and all administrative duties in a collaborative environment
- Developing and delivering formal presentations to senior clients in both delivery and sales situations
- Reports in these aspects to the local or remote Engagement Director.
- In case of remote reporting relationship, maintains a local reporting for all other areas e.g. people matters, disciplinary actions,
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in Data Strategy and Advisory
- Client Management experience
- Leadership Skills are required for this role
- Managing Teams and building relationships
