Looking for a highly motivated Semiconductor Engineering Services Sales Executive experienced in selling chip design services and product engineering services- software, hardware join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record in selling engineering services to Semiconductor clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the technology landscape and the unique needs of our clients. As a Semiconductor Sales Specialist, you will demonstrate your extensive experience and deep industry knowledge to develop and implement sales strategies targeting key accounts in the semiconductor sector. We are seeking candidates with a background in Engineering Services and solutions, Presales or Technical Sales Engineering within the Semiconductor industry. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored professional services and solutions to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Selling: Provide in-depth Semiconductor technical knowledge (RTL-GDSII, EDA tools etc.) and consultative selling skills to present customized service solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, talent acquisition, finance/business, bid, and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success.

• Account Management: Lead and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and dedication.

• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, forecast sales activity, and report on progress to senior management.

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the semiconductor market.

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at traditional semiconductor companies.

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, identify, target, and engage potential Semiconductor clients to promote our engineering services.

Required Skills:

• Experience: 5-10 years of validated sales experience in the semiconductor industry, with a consistent track record of selling services to semiconductor companies. Experience selling chip design services and product engineering services- software, hardware or silicon.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of semiconductor technologies, market dynamics, and key players in the industry, including traditional semiconductor customers.

• Technical Expertise: Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical customers.

• Sales Skills: Validated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

• Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

• Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, computer science, business, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

• Network: Established network of contacts within the semiconductor industry.

• Experience in crafting and closing deals - deal sizes $3-10M independently.

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.

• Collaboration with internal teams across business lines and industry.

• Travel up to 40%.
