• Ability to ensure the accurate use of scrum process
• Successfully handle a RUN engagement by applying ITIL standards and by handling client expectations through SLA
• Experience on Application Management (experience like Digital Technologies- Salesforce, MSD, Content, BPM, Java, Angular)
• Management and be aware of KM processes that are vital to effectively handle RUN
• Responsible for the delivery of all RUN scope activities like Incident, Problem, Environment and Organisational Change
• Responsible for quality KPIs through corrective and preventive maintenance activities by engaging in RCA process and resolutions.6.
• Ensure minimizing all backlogs of issues reported from production
• Should have strengths in project planning, resource budgeting/forecasting, estimations, and partner management.
• Facilitating daily standups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Helping the Product Owner handle the product backlog effectively.
• Removing any impediments or blockers that are hindering the team's progress.
• Ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent documentation & communication skills
