Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Testing Applications Lead with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the execution and control of all aspects of testing for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce applications, claims functionality, and functional automation, as well as the ability to develop and execute reusable and maintainable test scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the testing efforts for Salesforce applications, ensuring quality, functionality, and performance meet business needs.
  • Design, develop, and execute functional automation scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, FitNesse, Postman, and SoapUI.
  • Automate REST API testing and validate the integration and performance of APIs in Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure thorough testing coverage across the SDLC.
  • Develop fast, reusable, and maintainable test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Integrate testing automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other tools.
  • Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams to provide continuous testing and feedback on the quality of product releases.
  • Drive continuous improvements in test processes, practices, and automation frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor junior testers and QA teams, sharing best practices and knowledge.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of overall experience in software testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce applications and experience in testing them.
  • Experience in claims functionality and automation testing.
  • Proficient in Selenium Automation (SPT Framework), TestNG, JMeter, FitNesse, Postman, and SoapUI.
  • Experience with REST API automation.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop fast, reusable test scripts.
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology and using JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
