Job Description

Capgemini is looking for Microsoft Power Platform Architect with hands on experience in developing enterprise applications using Power Apps Power Automate Power Pages Copilot Studio AI Builder and Azure. This role will collaborate with our strategic customers to help them envision plan and design innovative solutions to connect communicate and collaborate using Microsoft Cloud.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
• Architect design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform. Identify quantify and prioritize automation candidates.
• Set up and maintain the Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) Starter Kit.
• Establish audit and compliance processes for Power Platform. Collaborate with business development and infrastructure teams.
• Provide guidance best practices and training on Power Platform to accelerate adoption. Understand customer requirements and recommend optimal technology solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform. Develop POCs and MVPs to demonstrate the business value of Power Platform.
• Provide thought leadership on new and emerging Microsoft solutions including Power Platform and Azure Open AI.
• Lead delivery teams using Power Platform with various backends such as Dataverse SharePoint SQL or other databases.
• Integrate Power Platform with other systems using Azure Data Factory Data Flows Power Automate Logic Apps Azure Functions and REST APIs.
• Drive customer workshops presentations and hackathons in collaboration with the account and sales teams. Identify and develop solution accelerators reusable components and frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of IT experience in consulting cloud application architecture or low-code/no-code app delivery and administration.
• Experience managing Power Platform environments and installing the COE Starter Kit.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Copilot Studio AI Builder Azure OpenAI Dataverse).
• Strong understanding of low-code/no-code solutions market trends and value propositions.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure integration services or other API Management platforms.
• Experience extending Power Platform using custom connectors and PCF.
• Knowledge of ALM Azure DevOps CI/CD and Pipelines in the context of Power Platform.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform D365 and/or Azure.
• Strong presentation skills comfortable with both technical and executive audiences.
