Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) to lead the design and implementation of Pega-based BPM/CRM/Marketing solutions for large-scale programs, particularly in the Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting enterprise-class structures, integrating Pega with other enterprise applications, and delivering robust solutions in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Technical Lead for programs, architecting and designing Pega-based business applications using Pega PRPC and related solution frameworks.
  • Design enterprise-class structures and foundational components ensuring scalability and reusability.
  • Optimize solutions by conducting detailed design and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Facilitate DCO sessions alongside Lead Business Architects (LBAs), Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into Pega technical specifications.
  • Lead the development team to implement enterprise solutions and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Develop advanced customizations leveraging Pega frameworks and integrate multiple technologies seamlessly.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Lead Business Analysts to map functional requirements to Pega features and functionality.
  • Mentor junior team members in Pega technology and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage technical project team members across onshore and offshore locations to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Work in conjunction with the Program Manager to scope, plan, and manage risks for iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles.
  • Ensure that the delivered solutions align with both technical and functional customer requirements.
  • Disseminate Pega best practices for solution positioning and delivery.
  • Guide development teams and business units to achieve optimal solutions for business and system requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with Pega design and implementation standards.

Qualifications:

  • Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is strongly preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Pega solution design and architecture for large programs.
  • Strong experience in scoping, planning, and delivering projects over multiple release cycles.
  • Experience in managing onshore and offshore teams.
