Role Description
Role : Dynamics 365 Business Analyst
Location: New York, NY, USA
Skills Required
- MS Dynamics 365 CE/CRM with knowledge in Financial Services (Banking).
- Strong understanding of the capabilities of D365 Sales, Service, and Power Apps.
- Experience in designing Security Models, configuring Workflows, Power Automate, and Business Rules.
- Expertise in data analysis and validation using CRM Dynamics configuration rules.
- Exposure to Workflows, Plugins, Form Customization, and CRM Administration.
- Proficient in requirement gathering and analysis, conducting workshops to engage both business and technical stakeholders for driving requirements and design.
- Facilitating the review and approval of requirements from all stakeholders.
- Good understanding of MS CRM and third-party integrations using middleware for both real-time and batch integrations.
- Experience in writing user stories, conducting grooming sessions, and story walkthroughs.
- Presenting demos to the Product Owner and other stakeholders for final sign-off.
- Preparation of use case diagrams, UMLs, sequence diagrams, and Visio flows.
- Collaborating closely with the team to define the backlog and determine the sequence of its implementation.
- Conducting impact analysis of change requests on existing business flows.
- Ability to draw logical workflows, analyze problems or requirements, and develop appropriate Acceptance Criteria (AC). Strong critical and logical thinking, with the ability to document ideas in JIRA.
- Experienced in process re-engineering within an Agile SDLC environment.
- Direct client-facing experience, demonstrating a collaborative and team-oriented approach, while also being able to work independently.
- Assisting Product Owners in determining the fitment of change requests into existing business flows without additional development effort.
