Technical Content Creator and Trainer
JOB ROLE
• Conduct interviews, research, and testing to understand complex technical details and translate them into user-friendly content.
- Create step-by-step guides (written and video) that instruct users in a conversational tone on specific tasks within Dynamics 365, such as setting up workflows, managing sales pipelines, or creating reports.
- Create content that educates users on best practices for using Dynamics 365 to optimize business processes.
- Ensure full alignment with existing style guide and any other task relevant guidelines.
- Produce troubleshooting Knowledge Base Articles and FAQs to help users resolve common issues.
- Facilitate training sessions for Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Work along-side with Change Manager

PROFILE
- Proficient in the English language in verbal and written form.
- Experienced with E-Learning concepts and curriculum development in client's tool of choice (i.e. Camtasia Pro).
• Experienced in video production skills (well-structured script writing, storyboarding, video editing software, and voiceover skills (use of AI software is acceptable).
• Functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
- 1-4 years of experience in technical documentation or a similar role is preferred.
- Functional knowledge of MS Office, (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) JIRA, VISIO, Windchill, SAP.
- Understanding technical input from technical drawing, process plans, control plans and transform it to easy-to-understand procedural instructions.
NICE TO HAVE
- Bachelors Degree in a related field.
- Detail orientation and strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility.
