Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer focused Business Systems Analyst to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career. Incumbent will be responsible for working with business/stake-holders to gather requirements, translating business requirements into technical requirements for our internal delivery team across all aspects of our global PLM platforms!
Key responsibilities:
• Converting business needs into technical delivery narratives by providing mock-ups, descriptions of necessary custom objects/fields, various types of BOMs (EBOM, MBOM, SBOM, etc), critical metrics, and security requirements.
• Running in-person client workshops, working with customers and client stake-holders to understand and define technical requirements

• BOM Management (EBOM, MBOM and SBOM) within Teamcenter and integration with other enterprise systems
• Performing PLM Teamcenter project requirements definition, documentation, and validation through to production releases
• Collaborating with technology counterparts and development resources to create and validate business requirements and project specification documents to enable delivery to clients.
• Collecting, organize and publish monthly PLM release statuses
• Interacting with Director and VP level personnel for any PLM overview and COE Roadmap
Required Skills
• The ideal candidate will have spent their most recent 3-5 years working in a PLM Business Systems Analyst role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience" in computer science, MIS, engineering or another related field.
• 5-8 years of previous Teamcenter, SolidWorks experience as BSA.
• Experience with System Integration testing & API testing
• Have in-depth understanding of PLM Teamcenter/SolidWorks capabilities and constraints
• Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-functional work teams towards task completion
• Proven effective analytical skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must
