About the role

Job Summary:

A SPC can at times be assigned to up to 8-10 studies, taking on a variety of responsibilities, primarily the site setup activities.

Currently there are over 100 Clinical Services studies running, many with multiple sites/imaging centers. Each imaging center responsible for scan acquisition for a study, requires to be fully setup and trained prior to them imaging for a study. The SPCs play a primary role in ensuring imaging centers are fully trained within a client's targeted timelines.

The SPC is also typically assigned to run study-specific reports (e.g., site setup, scan trackers), and send them to sponsor designees, in addition to speaking to the status of imaging center setup during client calls.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) is an integral part of the PM team, and someone who works closely with the Project Managers to help support and ensure client deliverables are met. SPCs take on a number of responsibilities to include:
• Serve as back-up to project managers and take on individual project assignments as necessary to support the business
• Support for managing project specific financials (revrec, change orders, budgets)
• Support Project Manager in conducting the kick-off meeting, and other study team meetings with internal and external study team members (to include generating meeting agendas and minutes)
• Regularly review the status of site qualification, image processing and query management to meet study timelines
• Coordinate with site/center qualification team with providing site contact lists and helping with determining the readiness and prioritizing with imaging center setups
• Alert the project manager of any resourcing or timeline issues

This role is a stepping stone roles for those interested in Project Management which allows us to build an internal pipeline of PMs that know the imaging space
