Job Responsibilities
- Help customers in enhancing their productivity, debug complex issues and provide solutions in the digital tools & flows.
- Working closely with R&D and Product Engineering to identify and prioritize the product improvement initiatives through formal methods.
- Establish technical credibility and rapport with the customer and become the go-to expert for all their technical inquiries and support.
- Assume technical leadership role in the team.
- Ensure high quality support to customers.
- Ensuring high impact knowledge content, tool adoption kits and other high-level documents to increase the self-service for customers.
- Collaborate with worldwide AE teams, ability to mentor and groom team members and participate wholeheartedly in knowledge sharing.
- Partner with sales & TFO teams to help drive account support strategy.
- Produce out-of-the-box solutions to customer problems using either tool capabilities or scripting techniques.
- Deploy ML based Solutions to improve productivity and PPA
- Narrow down complex problems and ensure quality CCRs for R&D resolution.
Minimum Requirements:
- Complete Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or related fields.
- Experience in Digital Implementation flows on advanced nodes.
- Expertise in one or more domains - Synthesis/Physical Design - Place & Route/STA
- Knowledge of scripting languages & Flow development is a plus.
- Must have excellent debugging skills and ability to separate out the critical issues from trivial ones.
- Experience in leading a small to mid-size team of engineers is a plus.
