Senior Product Analyst

• This role expects rendering hands-on contributions on various Product Management functionalities, including:
  • Resolving client queries and issues based on the understanding of the Product functionalities and how the Product interacts with various upstream and downstream Products.
  • Understand emerging client functionality and business needs and the creation of value-added offerings to meet those needs.
  • Coordinate change implementation process with internal departments, external parties and client testing/client signoff.
  • Functional validation, issue analysis, Business/Product training, driving internal process initiatives/improvements. Scheduling/ planning Product changes
  • Client Assessments and supporting Client Implementations
  • Working in close conjunction with end-clients and internal groups. Business Analysis, Development, Client Services and QA etc.).
  • Help drive future product strategy
  • Excellent Business requirements gathering
  • Participate in industry forums and vendor working groups (monitoring for regulatory change and industry initiatives)
